RICKY Tomlinson's Laughter Show is heading to the TT.
The comedy actor will be appearing on Friday, May 30, at the Gaiety Theatre, Douglas, along with Duncan Norvelle, Tony Barton and Pauline Daniels in a two-hour show.
Ricky is best known for his role as Jim Royle in the hugely popular sitcom The Royle Family. His other credits include Channel Four soap opera Brookside and Mike Bassett: England Manager.
Duncan Norvelle is one of Britain's top variety acts. A comedian, impressionist and singer, his catchphrase – 'chase me' – became well-known throughout the British Isles.
His career has taken him from summer season in the Isle of Man, Jersey and most of the resorts in Britain, all the way to an American debut in a New York club. He has also entertained the armed forces all over the world and toured Europe and the Middle East.
More widespread recognition came following successful appearances on TV with Saturday Royal, Celebrity Squares, Blankety Blank, the Des O'Connor Show, Through the Keyhole, and more.
Standup comedienne Pauline Daniels has performed in every venue imaginable.
Her many television appearances include The Comedians, Saturday Royal, Wogan and Brookside while Tony Barton's TV credits include Coronation Street (Pat the builder), Hollyoaks, Linda Green, Emmerdale, Cracker, Heartbeat, Open All Hours, Last of the Summer Wine and the Stones Bitter adverts.
